Pastor Paul Mintre
A pastor with a heart for the nations — and the ministry born from that calling.
A Pastor, Teacher & Kingdom Builder
Pastor Paul Mintre serves as Pastor of the Francophone Church (RCCG) in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Alongside this local calling, he carries a wider burden for the nations — serving as General Overseer of Bonne Nouvelle Mission.
Through Bonne Nouvelle, he devotes himself to biblical teaching, discipleship and leadership development, strengthening churches and equipping leaders across borders.

What is Bonne Nouvelle?
Bonne Nouvelle — French for Good News — is the missions umbrella through which Pastor Paul's ministry reaches beyond his Harrisburg congregation. Where the local church gathers and worships, Bonne Nouvelle goes out: training leaders, planting churches and carrying the Gospel into the DR Congo and partner nations.
