A pastor with a heart for the nations — and the ministry born from that calling.
Pastor Paul Mintre serves as Senior Pastor of the Francophone Church (RCCG) in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Alongside this local calling, he carries a wider burden for the nations — serving the Democratic Republic of Congo as Senior Pastor (Non-Resident) and General Overseer.
Through Bonne Nouvelle, he devotes himself to biblical teaching, discipleship and leadership development, strengthening churches and equipping leaders across borders.
Bonne Nouvelle — French for Good News — is the missions umbrella through which Pastor Paul's ministry reaches beyond his Harrisburg congregation. Where the local church gathers and worships, Bonne Nouvelle goes out: training leaders, planting churches and carrying the Gospel into the DR Congo and partner nations.
To extend the Gospel beyond borders by raising, training and supporting leaders who will shepherd healthy churches in their own nations.
Nations transformed by the Good News — communities where the local church is strong, self-sustaining and reaching the next generation.
Faithfulness to Scripture, integrity in service, partnership with local believers, and compassion for the communities we serve.
